Cancel Order

Use this API to cancel an order at both DS and at the Providers system using the orderExternalId.

Using External ID

Order external ID must be unique to use this API

📘

  • An order can be canceled anytime if it's not yet assigned to the Provider.
  • If an order is assigned to a Provider then the successful cancelation of the order would be decided by the Provider.
