Smart Windows enables customers to manage their store timings, their pick-and-pack lead time windows, and associated pick-and-pack capacity and cost. It also allows customers to choose suitable windows for pick-up/delivery.
The smart window can be configured for a packing time as well as lead time. A lead time is the time required before an item can be picked for packing. A packing time is the time required to pack the received order.
The schedule can be configured at Business, Brand or Store level.
