Delivery solutions allows retailer to configure a list of return methods. These return methods dictates the flow of the return request raised by the customer e.g. In case of the "Return to Store" customer will be expected to return the item to the nearby store.
Similarly these methods can be associated to carriers.
As retailer you will be able to select from Supported Return Methods from the delivery solutions and configure them to Personalise the experience of return journey.
