The refund methods are list of options provided by the retailer to the end customer to receive refunds.
Some of the examples for that are following
- Original Payment Method
- Cashback
- Giftcards
Although Delivery Solutions does not participate in the payment process of refunds, we do capture the option selected by the end customer for refund method. We send the refund method information via a return webhook to the retailer system so that they can trigger take appropriate action for customer's refund.
