Return Reasons

The reason selected by the customer while returning the Order. Following are some examples of return reasons

  • Item Damaged
  • The Product Didn’t Match the Description
  • The Product is No Longer Needed
  • Received Wrong Item.

Delivery solutions allows a predefined list of reasons to be configured by the retailer. These reason codes can also be used as a influencing parameter for the other orchestration like Provider Selection or Return Location Selection.
